Well I went and checked this movie out tonight and overall really enjoyed it. It was another in the vein of Superbad, Knocked Up, etc. These types are always surefire to crack me up.

One thing I really liked about this one specifically was how honest it was. And that goes in many ways, honest that the jokes were over the top most of the time, but seemed to really embrace that not seem to forced.

Yet at the same time, I really loved the honesty of some of the characters(mainly the leading guy), and how tangeible he seemed around the wonky humor and situations.

One crazy thing though was the amount of male privates in the film. And I even scoff a bit as I write this, but in the first scene alone, you get like 3-4 shots. By the end of the film, I was seriously wondering what the heck was going on with the filmmakers, as it was pretty unnecessary and not blatently made as a joke. I mean don’t get me wrong, it was on some level a joke, but not really played clearly as one, if that makes sense.

What makes you wonder even more is when you see that the main character wrote the film.

so…..

The guy that is running around naked….wrote the film? lol

I mean, he wasn’t just signed up for this, or pressured into it. I mean HE wrote himself into the situation! Who knows…
